seaweed for dessert

I had the energy to go for a run after work, so I did a round around the river. Afterwards, I went over to the nearest 7-11. With just $4 tucked into my shoe "wallet", I could either buy a stick of beef jerky ($2.35) or a bag of seaweed ($2.10). The latter won, and with $1.90 worth of coins jangling in my shoe wallet, I walked home with my prize. Seaweed wasn't just the cheaper choice... it's the healthy choice! It's rich in fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. Check out www.oceanvegetables.com for the scoop on this super nutritious food. My sisters Mica (based in Holland), Rissa (based in Manila) and Pinky (based in Singapore) developed the website after they tried Algine Plus, a seaweed supplement that healed them off their allergies and sneezing, which plagued them since we were kids (I should know... I saw them wheeze and sniffle while growing up!). Turns out seaweed is good for a multitude of conditions... check it out when you can.

What's more, I've lost my taste for beef jerky. Or all things jerky for that matter.
